Customs & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may occur. Golden Mountain is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

We are unable to process cancellations due to the speed we dispatch orders. If you do not wish to keep your order please see returns policy below.

If you wish to return an item to us please get in touch via your Etsy order. Returns must be in the original packaging and condition. Buyers are responsible for covering the return postage costs.
