First up, we have the ripstop fleece blanket. It is a great all-rounder – cozy and soft without being too bulky, making it easy to take along on any adventure. Its generous size comfortably covers three adults around a campfire or if using on your own - wraps around your shoulders and have enough coverage for your front too.

Using the poppers along the sides, you can transform this blanket into a single sleeping bag or pack it away into the built-in zipped pocket to use as a pillow. I’d still use a traditional sleeping bag with hood and zip in autumn / winter but this has been perfect to sleep in for those summer camp outs and means you don’t have to double up on gear. It also comes with a handy drawstring carry bag.

Personally, we love the ‘Wavecheck’ design, it’s colours are fun and hide any dirt well, making it practical for outdoor use. The dark-colored fleece backing further ensures it stays looking good, even with frequent use.

If you’re looking for the cosiest, warmest option, the CloudTouch Blanket is the one to choose. With its wool-like fleece backing, this blanket is incredibly soft and snuggly, making it our top pick for those chilly evenings on the beach or inside the van. It's perfect for curling up after a long day of exploring, and we've even found it useful as a makeshift curtain where the bulkhead used to be, helping to keep the van warmer at night until we get thermal blinds installed.

Although the CloudTouch blanket comes with the fleece lining attached, you can purchase the wooly liner separately and add it to any other VOITED blanket of the same size using the poppers. This allows you to customise your blanket for different seasons. It can also transform into a pillow when packed into its integrated storage pouch. This makes it even more versatile, doubling as a cozy pillow during travel or when you’re just relaxing in the van. We chose the Cameo Green colour to match our camper van interiors however if you are wanting to use it mostly outdoors it might be best to go for a multicolour pattern to hide the dirt a little better!
